We’re Looking For A(n): Innovation Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing: We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial Innovation Brand Manager to lead the development and launch of new products and brands within our growing pet food portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, high-visibility role with significant autonomy and ownership.
This individual will operate like a “founder within the company,” responsible for identifying opportunities, developing innovative product concepts, and bringing them to market. The ideal candidate combines strong brand instincts with hands-on product development experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly in consumable categories.

The base salary range is $104,000-$130,000, plus bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
